Terms of Service

Full payment is required before work starts. I accept PayPal and other secure payment methods.

Work begins after payment confirmation and is scheduled using the agreed commission queue.

• Invoices must be paid before booking is locked.
• If payment is delayed, delivery timelines shift accordingly.

Each commission includes two rounds of minor revisions at no extra cost.

Major concept changes after sketch approval are treated as new work and may add cost/time.

• Provide clear references early to reduce avoidable edits.
• Consolidated feedback is preferred over fragmented requests.

I retain copyright and intellectual property rights for commissioned artwork, including portfolio and social media display.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-commercial personal-use license unless broader rights are purchased in writing.

• No resale, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission.
• Commercial and exclusive licensing is available for an additional fee.

If you need to cancel, inform me as early as possible. Refunds depend on progress stage.

Final artwork is delivered digitally in high-resolution PNG/JPG format.

Typical turnaround is 1-3 weeks to 1 month depending on complexity and active queue.

• Alternative formats or print prep can be arranged for extra cost.
• Estimated timeline is always confirmed before work begins.
