Payment Terms

Full payment is required before I begin any commissioned work. I accept payments through PayPal and other secure payment methods. Once payment is received, I will start working on your commission according to the agreed timeline.

Revisions

Each commission includes two rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions or major changes to the concept after approval may incur extra charges. Please ensure your initial requirements are clear and detailed to minimize the need for changes.

Copyright and Usage

I, RUUUDY, retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork, including but not limited to the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the work in portfolios, websites, and social media.
The client receives a non-exclusive, non-commercial, personal-use license to the commissioned artwork. The client may not reproduce, alter, sell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission and an appropriate licensing fee.
If the client wishes to purchase additional rights (e.g., for commercial use or exclusive ownership), This must be agreed upon in writing before work begins and will incur additional costs.

Cancelations

If you need to cancel a commission, please notify me as soon as possible. Refunds are available based on the current stage of work:

Before sketching: 90% refund
After sketch approval: no refund available, Can request
After final line art or coloring begins: No refund available

Delivery

Completed artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution format (PNG/JPG). Physical prints or other formats can be arranged for an additional fee. Typical turnaround time is 1-3 weeks to month depending on complexity and current workload, but this may vary and will be confirmed when your commission is accepted.
